It belongs to all the people of North Lincolnshire, especially the children and young people and their families. The site represents all the services provided by the council, health services, schools and colleges, voluntary and community groups and many other local partners that work in partnership for children, young people and their families in North Lincolnshire.

This website and its associated plan (the Children and Young Peoples Plan) helps give a sense of direction to the work of all the partner agencies working for children, young people and their families in North Lincolnshire. They establish the priorities that we need to work on together over the coming year if we are to make difference in children and young people's lives.

The plan is based on three important themes, agreed by the North Lincolnshire Children’s Board, over the coming years:

• Closing the gap for those who are disadvantaged;
• Raising the aspirations of children and young people; and
• Celebrating our children and young people; their potential and their achievements
