  • Improve services that support parents to care for their families
  • Ensure schools and services meet the needs of children, young people and families in their communities

  • Ensure children and young people are safe and feel safe
  • Ensure people working with children and young people are safe and appropriately trained
  • Ensure that the community and local environment is safe for children and young people
  • Support children and young people to live healthy lives
  • Give children and young people better opportunities to improve their emotional well being
