Children's Trust Communications

As part of our communications strategy  and our committment to working in partnership, we will hold Children's Trust Stakeholder Information Events on (at least) an annual basis to include key stakeholders, including young people, across the Children's Trust and the wider LSP .  The purpose of these events will be to share information, communicate messages and seek views.

Our first event (under the new arrangements) was convened on 7 June 2010 at Normanby Hall at which more than 80 participants attended from a wide range of services and agencies across our statutory and non statutory partners. Two young people, who are representatives on our Children's Trust Board, also contributed throughout the day.  The focus of this particular event was to inform stakeholders of the Children's Trust and the Children and Young People's Plan strategic priorities for action.  It was also an opportunity to explore these priorities, to identify any 'big ideas' for action, to consider who needs to be involved to fulfill these priorities and what success will look like.

The information disseminted at the event can be found in the Children's Trust Communications Documents folder
