The Transitional Children & Young People's Plan 2009 bridges the gap between the 2006/2009 3-year plan and our intention to publish a 2010/2013 3-year plan.
It provides an overview of progress made throughout the 2006/2009 plan and sets out our early intentions for our future, along with some short term priority actions.
